1947 MG TC

This car is a running and driving classic MG having been overhauled mechanically but would benefit from further finishing. 

It was purchased as a renovation project, thoroughly inspected and reviewed in 2024. It was in poor condition despite having had work done by the previous owner. 

Then the current owner removed the engine and the top end was overhauled. The oil pump was found to be fitted incorrectly was rectified. The rear springs and the king pins were replaced. The master cylinder was also renewed. ​The dynamo was overhauled and the regulator was replaced with an electronic version so now the charging system works properly. The seats were recovered. There is a hood frame with the car. The wheels and tyres are in excellent condition. A host of other jobs were attended to at this time. Invoices available.

The car now runs well with good oil pressure. It drives well; steering in a straight line and stopping well. 

It needs some internal finishing and would benefit from a professional respray. 

Space is required for the next project so offers will be considered.
