1964 LOTUS ELAN S2

If you haven't owned one of the original Elan series of Lotus you should make amends and add it to your bucket list. A well sorted example like this is a sheer joy to drive. 

The early cars without the frames fitted to support the side windows are the most attractive and the most difficult to find. This car also has the very rare early round tail lights. It had a comprehensive restoration about 8,000 miles ago and is in superb shape. Before acquiring it I crawled around underneath to check out the all important chassis and I am very pleased to discover it to be in excellent order. It has recently had the suspension and brakes sorted out and I must say it's amongst the best in the way it drives and handles.
