LAMBORGHINI 1C TRACTOR Crawler                                                                                        2 cylinder  22 hp Diesel

History:  Lamborghini started making tractors in 1948 originally using adapted Morris engines. They first introduced crawlers to their range in 1955 with the DL25C. However Italian farmers working vineyards on steep hillsides needed something smaller. So in 1962 the diminutive 1C Crawler was introduced. Probably smaller than an original Fiat 500 they were just the job . A two cylinder air cooled diesel engine provided the power.

This example was restored around 15 years ago and has been in a small collection where it was stored in dry conditions.  We had it running recently so I can confirm that it 'starts, stops and steers!'  (See video below) It is finished in correct and distinctive orange and light blue colours. A wonderful piece of Lamborghini history that will fit in any garage.
